PO Boxes were becoming dinosaurs.
USPS relies on revenue from PO Box sales and subscriptions, which had been steadily falling as snail mail was becoming more and more irrelevant.
With a powerful insight behind us, we created an Effie-winning campaign to re-brand PO Boxes as another type of cyber-security measure. We learned that while most people have multiple email addresses as a cyber security measure, they were giving their home address out to just anyone online. “Your other address” gave consumers an alternative to help keep home addresses safe and more secure.
